Here’s what you will be doing:
Facilitates team meetings;
Removes impediments and protects the team from outside influence (e.g., changing priorities, last-minute scope changes, etc.), and raises risks that the Agile Team cannot address;
Assists the PO in preparing and refining the backlog for PI and Iteration Planning;
Coaches the Agile Team and fosters the adoption of Agile practices;
Fosters normalized estimating within the team;
Leads team efforts in relentless improvement;
Planning events and working with them throughout each Iteration and PI.
Your experience:
3+ years experience as Scrum Master/Project Manager within an IT Agile environment.
1+ years of experience leading 2-3 teams with a total headcount of 10-30 team members.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-solving skills.
Ability and desire to support the personal development of team members, and help them gain a continuous learning mindset.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Nice to have:
Scrum/Scrum Master/PM Certificate
SAFe Certificate
QA/Dev/Designer/Product experience
Experience in sharing knowledge and mentoring teammates through presentations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
